Welcome to the Gift ticket module of Atelier des Lumières 

You received a gift voucher for the "Egypt of the Pharaohs" and "The Orientalists" exhibitions? This module allows you to transform it into a ticket for the date and time slot of your choice in just a few clicks.

Exchange process 

- Enter your ticket number in the field above and click on "Search". The number can be found below the barcode. Repeat the operation for each ticket you have received.
Be careful not to leave a space before the first number in the input field.
- Check that each ticket appears in your basket on the right of the screen or below the screen on mobile phones.
- Click "Next" and select your time and date.
Please note: the date cannot be changed. Make sure you check your choice before confirming. 
- Confirm the order summary.

You will receive your tickets by email. You can also download them from your customer area. They will be scanned at the control point at the entrance to the site.
